Anthony has spent the past 25 years creating and developing businesses across a variety of sectors including software, print and marketing. Utilising this experience, he wanted to create a business that built value through integrating profitability and purpose, whilst at the same time supporting other companies to do the same. He loves seeing ideas come to life and through working with passionate people and powerful technology solutions we can ensure that innovation and creativity remain at the forefront of the business.

Dan brings around two decades of experience in software development, specializing in delivering quality, innovative solutions across diverse industries. With a strong focus on team leadership and talent development, Dan has consistently fostered high-performing teams to drive success. At Flotilla, he spearheads all technical initiatives, with a particular focus on enhancing the Flotilla World platform.

What I’m passionate about…

Helen is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in both the private and public sectors. Driven by a passion for sustainability, Helen transitioned her career to focus on carbon accounting. She is an Associate of IEMA and has extensive knowledge of carbon measurement and reporting. As a key member of the founding team at Flotilla, Helen continues to support our largest private equity clients in their journey towards net zero, including supporting them with their regulatory and ESG reporting requirements.

What I'm passionate about:
"I love being able to simplify things for our clients, to show them how, with our support, it’s really not difficult to make a big difference. Outside of work, I am a hot yoga addict and also love exploring the great outdoors with friends and family and our beloved dog."

Joe brings experience from working in both the insurance and safeguarding sectors. A developer specialising in backend .NET development, with a keen focus on crafting robust and highly scalable solutions. He collaborates closely with our tech team and the wider business, to create a platform our clients will truly value, empowering them to navigate their net zero journey effectively, driving sustainable outcomes with confidence.

A passionate sustainability champion who works to drive authentic corporate sustainability, Caroline leverages technology, insight, and communication skills to guide organisations towards impactful decarbonisation and transition strategies. Her broad commercial experience and sustainability qualifications allow her to identify opportunities for value creation, empowering businesses to unlock opportunities of the low-carbon transition, while reducing risks.

Jess works closely with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to advance businesses' ESG and net zero initiatives, advocating for the integration of sustainability into organisational culture and everyday life. Jess brings experience in customer success for technology businesses and approaches her role with a strong emphasis on building partnerships to collaboratively work towards shared goals. Jess is driven by her commitment to empowering businesses to drive positive change and be integral in the shift towards a purpose-led future.

What I'm passionate about...

Ruari brings vast experience in carbon accounting, as well as expertise in the challenges and opportunities of corporate net zero journeys. His key strength has always been using his verbal and written communication skills to clearly break down complex carbon footprints for his clients so they can understand their impact and then work to reduce it.

John has a 20-year background in private equity, latterly as an equity partner at Phoenix Equity Partners and NorthEdge Capital and an Investment Director at 3i plc.
John co-founded Flotilla in 2020 to provide a technology platform and advisory services to help asset managers, portfolio companies and leading advisory firms accelerate their net zero transitions. This includes implementing robust responsible investment strategies to drive both climate and commercial outcomes.

Sara is an experienced ACA qualified chartered accountant who worked for 10 years at PwC London in the FTSE 100 audit team, where she specialised in global group audits and complex international capital markets transactions. She also worked with public interest entities backed by Private Equity. At Flotilla, Sara works closely with businesses to calculate their carbon footprints in line with the GHG Protocol and develop Net Zero strategies and project plans. Sara helps her clients to navigate the complexity of net zero transition and deliver commercial value along the way.

What I'm passionate about...

Jason is a skilled software developer known for his innovative solutions and collaborative approach. With a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, Jason excels in crafting robust software tailored to diverse client needs. He believes in using the power of technology to drive positive change and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through his work.

Having previously worked in both PE and Property Fund sustainability, Ben was drawn to Flotilla's approach to sustainability and the mission of simplifying the path to net zero for SMEs. He aims to bring his industry knowledge and experience with some of the world's largest banks and asset managers to benefit Flotilla's clients.

Romi is a dedicated test analyst with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to ensuring software quality. With a methodical approach and expertise in various testing methodologies, Romi excels at identifying potential issues to deliver reliable and user-friendly applications.

Sandra has a rich background in customer success, spanning both B2B and B2C industries. Her work is focused on partnering with clients, stakeholders, suppliers and key partners to drive businesses' ESG and net zero initiatives forward, advocating for the seamless integration of sustainability into organisational cultures.

Sally has worked with SME’s and Corporates in driving Financial and HR strategy into the heart of businesses. Balancing people, purpose and profit is at the centre of her approach to helping businesses grow. Sally works with the Flotilla teams to drive projects forward and attain the highest standards possible.

Mark has helped build successful businesses in both the environmental and software sectors over the last 20 years. His experience covers workflow software, wind turbines, LED lighting and EV chargers. He combines commercial and financial knowledge with his background in software. Mark firmly believes that businesses that integrate ESG into their core strategy will be the one’s that succeed in the future. He sees Flotilla’s role to enable clients to be the firms that take advantage of this new opportunity.

Francesca has extensive strategic and operational experience within both the B2B and B2C sectors, including Private Equity. She is passionate about accelerating ESG and net zero strategies through excellent and creative stakeholder engagement. Francesca works closely with our clients to embed sustainability in organisational culture, educating and inspiring positive change from within, helping them to communicate their sustainability success stories to all audiences with confidence and authenticity.

Grant is a highly accomplished Senior Frontend Developer and UX/UI Designer, renowned for his exceptional skills in creating captivating digital experiences. With a distinguished career marked by innovative design solutions and meticulous attention to detail, Grant specialises in crafting user-centric interfaces that seamlessly merge functionality with aesthetics. His expertise extends across a spectrum of development and design tools.

What I’m passionate about…

Steven's legal career spans private practice and nearly 30 years as General Counsel and Company Secretary for publicly-listed companies across various industries. He has led ESG and CSR initiatives for the past 20 years.

At Premier Farnell plc, he helped the company achieve Platinum Plus status in the Business in the Community CR Index and recognition in the FTSE 4 Good and Dow Jones Sustainability Indices. At Sumo Group plc, Steven developed its ESG strategy, contributing to its carbon reduction efforts and "world class" Best Companies accreditation.

Steven also served as Deputy Chair of Leeds Beckett University's Board and currently chairs Ahead Partnership. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
