As we continue to grow, we’re thrilled to welcome two new members to our team who share that passion and drive: Alfred Bennet-Wallis and Nathalie Camp.
Meet Alfred Bennet-Wallis, Graduate Sustainability Consultant
Alfred joins Flotilla with a background in environmental sciences and sustainability. He was drawn to the industry through his studies and a belief that sustainability will be central to all future development.
In his new role as Graduate Sustainability Consultant, Alfred will contribute to consulting, sales, and product development support, helping strengthen the bridge between clients’ commercial goals and their climate commitments.
Alfred commented “The opportunity to work in a growing company with a dynamic work environment really appealed to me. I’m excited to develop a broad range of skills early in my career while working with a passionate team and Flotilla’s growing client base.”
When he’s not thinking about sustainability, Alfred enjoys exploring the countryside, travelling, and classic cars.
Meet Nathalie Camp, Sustainability Intern
Nathalie joins as a Sustainability Intern, driven by a deep-rooted interest in geography and the natural world. Her focus is on helping businesses translate sustainability ambition into practical, data-driven action.
She will be working across data analysis, client reporting, and net zero report creation, contributing to the development of Flotilla’s carbon reduction and net zero solutions.
Nathalie said “I’m particularly interested in how data, software, and expert guidance can combine to help organisations make better decisions. It’s exciting to see how purpose and performance can go hand in hand.”
Outside of work, Nathalie is passionate about biodiversity, the climate crisis, and finding science-based, practical ways to build a sustainable future.
