This gives you hands-on guidance from experts who understand both sustainability and business reality.
Your first sessions focus on understanding your organisation, your priorities, and your goals. We centre your commercial and strategic objectives from day one, ensuring your sustainability programme supports growth and long-term value creation. You will also be introduced to our marketing and engagement team, who support how your progress is communicated externally.
2. Platform onboarding
Next, you’ll receive secure access to the Flotilla platform, where you can add company details, assign roles, and invite your team.
We guide you through the system step by step, showing you how to use the platform effectively and how our internal AI assistant, Flo, supports quick questions and daily tasks. We also connect your financial systems to enable seamless, accurate data integration from the start.
3. Add your data (and see your live progress dashboard!)
At this stage, we’ll invite you to complete a sustainability questionnaire to capture your goals and strategic priorities, alongside an employee survey with a 2 week response window, to gather insights that support your net zero strategy. We’ll support you in adding core datasets including utilities, travel, logistics, and supply chain information.
You are never left to figure this out alone. Our team supports you directly, and the platform includes in-built video guidance for every data input. The process is designed to be both accurate and accessible – no specialist knowledge required!.
You’ll also gain access to a live dashboard that shows data quality, completion levels, and progress in real time.
4. Data review & amends
Once your data is submitted, your sustainability consultant validates and reviews everything, alongside support from our internal AI anomaly detection software.
This creates a clear, auditable baseline carbon footprint that can be trusted by boards, investors, and stakeholders. It forms the foundation for credible reporting and your long term net zero strategy.
5. Plan for impact: get your Net Zero report
With your baseline established, we move into action!
Your consultant creates a personalised Net Zero Report that identifies quick wins, priority actions, and high-impact reduction opportunities. This leads into a collaborative net zero workshop where actions, targets, and priorities are reviewed together.
You shape the plan with us. Targets are realistic, measurable, and aligned with your business strategy. Once agreed, your investor-ready Net Zero Report is finalised and shared.
6. Ongoing support & progress
Support doesn’t stop at delivery.
Your Flotilla consultants check in regularly, aligned to your needs and pace, whether monthly, quarterly, or at key milestones. You retain full access to the platform to track progress, monitor hotspots, and manage actions.
You also gain access to the Action Library, with hundreds of cost-saving and carbon-reduction initiatives, and continued expert guidance on sustainability communications, tenders, and stakeholder reporting.
